Job Description:

This position involves being part of the International Sales team at XS CAD. This team member will report to the Sales Manager at XS CAD. The job profile involves following roles and responsibilities:

• To update XS CAD’s prospect & lead database with relevant and accurate data.
• To keep a track, update and maintain the outcome of each enquiry/potential clients in the database on a regular basis.
• Ability to write personalized letters, emails and fax using the internal database to the selected groups with focus, relevance and interest.
• Ability to explain in writing company’s services and thereby generate leads.
• To be responsible to handle follow-ups and resolve queries of the customer through emails and chats within a timescale.
• To build rapport with client through emails, letters, faxes etc. and is able to manage any further referrals generated.

The applicant must possess the following skills:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain meeting notes
• Ability to independently communicate with stakeholders, leaders and peers in written and spoken English
• Ability to deliver work on time, be self-driven and be proactive
• Updated with the latest trends and technologies in the market
• Positive attitudes, such as flexibility, collaborative nature and empathy
• Willingness to accept and implement constructive feedback
• Should have excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Good level of MS Word and MS Excel skill.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• 1+ years of experience in Sales/Sales Support environment. Preferably in a Construction Design / Project Management environment and / or in any BPO / KPO / ITES environment. Minimum years of experience in role Sales Executive and leading project-based teams
• Any Graduate
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing
